It’s funny how some bands are highly criticised and shortly forgotten by the press but not by the fans, Chapterhouse being the perfect example, being easily in my top 10 bands ever, but part of the shoegaze 90’s era so not so liked by the press at the time, coming back now with beautiful releases of their albums with a massive success (look at the quotes on discogs!), very happy for them and so much deserved. This album is a strange mix of best of and rare tracks, does sound fresh and perfect though, B-sides being as good as singles! A jewel…
